Falling 2 metres straight on my head, getting a concussion and playing tennis just after that.(Didn't go to hospital, stupid me)
A wound from stepping on a nail did something while i was asleep, woke screaming and had to call an ambulance to get a shot of morphine or something.

Fell on the edge of some metal frame, head first when I was a real young. Got 3 stiches. Don't remember it. (didn't even know of the stiches until just a couple of months ago)
Fell from a tree backfirst onto a rock. I couldn't cry out loud or in fact make any sound at all. Almost gave mom a heart attack.
Meh I don't know. I'm quite clumsy but I never hurt myself too badly.

I had to get a blood test once, but the only place they could find a vein was in my hand... and even then, the needle couldn't find it, so they poked around under my skin for five minutes (actually taking a couple of breaks). A bruise under the skin is very... ow...
I guess I'm pretty good at avoiding painful situations.

hmm well I have a damaged spinal disk, that hurts a lot from time to time...
but the Most painfull experience was, that I ripped my left inner meniscus during a soccer match... my knee was swollen to the size of a bowling ball...that hurt like hell

attempted to slide to first base, not realizing the path was filled with gravel. the result was many little bleeding cuts on my leg.
