I'm pretty sure it could be modded to accommodate something like that.

Right now I'm just trying to make a vampire/alien/plant/werewolf/zombie hybrid.

I have the vampire and alien part done, I'm working on the werewolf part, and the zombie part is just a well placed act of arson away, but I'd rather add that near the end, zombies have a lot of problems and only really one positive characteristic.
