It does make a very clear mention that those are only estimates... I won't take the numbers exactly to heart but I'd assume theyre pretty damn close.

what is the prison number about ? US prisons or worldwide ?
If it is only for the US then why not, but otherwise it is most certainly bullshit :P
other estimates must be taken from some yearly ones and extrapolated
