    No it isn't.

The guy explicitly says that the price is 50% of the big bookstore's.

The other option is that all other bookstores are running a cartel and inflating prices. I don't know how corrupt the Malaysian economy is, so I can't tell how probable this is.

He said this the first time. And either way, I doubt it's that low.

They probably got them from other sources, who knows? At least, that happens a lot in here. That, or they are not charging for shipping costs, nor that much for their own revenue. All the same, if they happen to sell a good number of books (read: a really big number), they may be able to cover the shipping costs, and still make some profit. Also, as Saizou pointed out, they may be doing it for brand reinforcement, and if they can pull this off, it will definitely help them grow.

My copy from Amazon arrived in yesterdays mail. Now for the real challenge, let's see if I can finish reading it before a dozen ebook versions of it from different sources appear on the net.

Ditto to Jyuu. I'm not that great a fan of Harry Potter, but I've already read the previous books so I might as well finish it, one day.
