Anime takes up too much space, and the only reason I keep it is to get some ideas for drawing =\

Well, I'm in process of organizing them again

    Manga > Manga's Name > Volume # > PDF Chapter

On the root of the manga folder I put a PDF with Volume, chapter and title information

But old ones are burned into a cd when reach 600mb..

Weird, mine is almost just like yours ire.
    Manga>Manga Name>Volume>Zipped Chapters
I put old ones in cds by volume to the point where the cd is almost maxed out on space.

my secret lies in the beautiful button called "delete," which leaves me with no folders to worry about.

tho I used to have folders like everyone else listed here:
manga > manga name > chapter > page

isn't that just how most of the people do it?

I also use a variation of the standard organization: media files->series name->manga->volume->chapter->page

But I only keep every chapter for mangas I know I will read multiple times and throw away old chapters in continuing serializations if I'll probably not touch those chapters again till the series is over. I've never actually had to use a cd to store manga before. I've used them for programs and videos, but never manga. Probably because I delete.

@Jyuu-What!? I'm not sure whether you really are a better Samaritan than the rest of us or whether you're joking?
