Hello... I dont post here on Stoptazmo much, but I play Stepmanina(Its like DDR, but for the computer ) some, and theres this song called Saint Scarhand, and the background of the song is from an anime and it looks really cool... Seems like an intresting anime.

The ears remind me of Chobits or Elfen Lied. But Chobits is the more likely answer from the two.

Yeah, thats what it reminded me of... looks alot like Chobit ears, but looks like the violence of Elfen Lied xD

are you sure it comes from an anime ? Its cheaper to make an orginal artwork than paying to use a licensed one

I don't know why everyone's saying Chobits, those ears are neko ears. It's not dears either, they don't have the forehead thing.
