Ermmmm like 7-8 hours.
Usually like 11.15pm - 7.50am ish
Unless an amazing film is on or I'm out.
Or there's an early flight.
I actually look forward to my dreams yknow... er... strange but true.
I quite like my dreams.
I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

I usually get between 6 hours and 12.
It varies from day to day, depending on what i've done in the day and if I have any plans for the evening.
I once had this nightmare that there was a guy in a white doctors coat pacing up and down my landing, with a needle in his hand. It was so incredibly creepy!
well i didn't vote in the poll because it depends, like during the exams sometimes i stay up for 3days. Or like right now im having like a couple of hours of sleep every day just to rest and then go back to work.
but usually i try to get at least 6 hours till 9hours(if i had a difficult training) of sleep

Flyer than a piece of paper bearing my name,
The Private Potion, don't drink it!!!
Weekdays sleep till 8, weekends 9am.
9 hours on weekdays! About 10 hours on weekends. I loooooove my sleep and dreams. Except the one I had today which was when my boyfriend turned gay and I caught him butthumping another gay guy.
I had a dream once where I became aware that I was dreaming and could control what I could do, it was pretty cool, but it still took a lot of effort to control my thoughts, and the dream seemed to have lost a lot of detail once I became aware of it.
Also had a nightmare when I was around 12, it happened while I had a fever, when I woke up I thought that I would die if I fell asleep again (paranoia on that level is not fun).

I usually sleep around 7-8 hours, no matter what day (school night or when sleeping in, since I go to sleep around 1~2 on those nights).
As for dreams... they're usually pretty random and make no sense. I had one that involved hanging around my elementary school, which was abandoned (?), and then eating in an upper-level cafeteria with two friends-of-a-friend who I've only met a few times. Oh, and the cafeteria was closing, so we had to eat quickly, and then someone forgot something.
Am I the only one who doesn't have nightmares? (Well, there have been some... but the sinking boat took a few days to sink, and the so-called fire in the house was just a tiny spark. What's that called, when you can unconsciously make your dreams less scary?)
