Hes one of the shinigamis (wolf, X, I forget) who was bannad and keeps comming back with user names based on the name Bob. As I recall, CPR hates him and he's also on the ban on sight list.

Edit: But this guy might be different; look at the join date. ShiniX would never be unbanned. Also, the other bob is just a jackass. I don't know this guy.
