I blame china. I'm kidding. In all honesty I blame irresponsibility of people, families, or women that believe more children the better. Are freaking restarted. To have children you need to have a stale economic income. Most that have more than 3 children don't. Just to put into example not trying to be racist or anything, but those Mexican women you see with like 5 children is fucking unacceptable. C'mon close your damn legs if you don't want to use a condom or birth control.

Three steps have to be met!

That means you HAVE to tell people to use birth control, it has to become part of their common sense. It has to become part of the culture that they live in and a acceptable part of life. I know this sounds really easy, but actually inducting this to a group of people and influencing them to use it to stop births is very hard.

You see here that people have large families to help care for them when they become older and less productive. This is a hard concept for our young western minds, that will generally throw our parents and grand parents into so hospital the moment they become a burden to us.

Third, the means of control must be available - but also to be socially acceptable, and combined with education and emancipation of girls and women.

This ties into the the first one. The problem is not only women "not keeping their legs closed" but many times they aren't even taught about sexual safety as we like to call it. They aren't told make a man wear a condom, go on the pill, it isn't advertised to them every other commercial break. The entire people, culture has to learn that the next generation will survive that your son and daughter will live long enough to take care of you when you become old and feable.

I once heard the UN Prime Minster say, " Knowing that your children will survive for the next generation is the most powerful birth control in the world."

i think if each country's government just made sure that only parents capable of raising kids can have kids, we wouldn't have a problem. seriously, some people are just not meant to be parents.

Well with all these fat asses running around scarfing Triple Whoppers and shit... the upcoming generation is very likely to have a lower mean lifespan than the previous one. Come to think of it, all these jelly belly tit men are doing something right by killing themselves with food. Cool.

The solution is to be gay.

This is not the same issue. We are talking about preventing people from having babies irresponsibly and uselessly. If you want to eliminate people, mass genocide is a solution.
