It's from the director of Office Space, but it isn't nearly as good. It's still amusing, though.

I'm just not believing what France tells us about their hyped up bitter wines, and how they sometimes export deluded versions of their product to the world. And we should all know that France although is said to have the best wines of the world also has the crappiest wines of the world as well. So, I think I'll stick to the generally cheaper American wines that for the most part all taste pretty good.

France has that reputation, which it has acquired from somewhere. No place has all great wines, but it is possible to find good stuff in France for the right price. American wines have displeased me thus far.

i'm not saying they are all great either ^^, and i can understand the prices are well superior in america
Also, from what i understood, the american/indian/etc. wines are pretty much standardized, and thus when you buy it you know beforehand what taste they will have, which is generally not the case for french wines as the taste may vary from one year to the other depending on the weather and etc. (they do not blend it to standardize the taste), and so some people get disappointed because of it (though i think it is a positive aspect)

The thing is that French wines here are just ridiculous in price there is not way I could ever afford a bottle or in some cases even a glass. Honestly, I think it has to with with each country wanting to sell their best wines within their own country.

Drink Napa wines. Further California's economy!
