If it's there own choice to be a prostitute that's one thing, but I was under the impression that most of the time they're slaves who are going to get cut up for their organs when they stop bringing in customers. I'm not sure how the latter can be stopped.
I don't think I'd ever use one incase I caught a std.

While I dislike prostitution and think its horrible that a woman can treat her body like that, I do realise that its never going to stop and some women will always do it willingly. Also, while its illegal and there is still a demand for it, there will always be the more shadier side that is human traficking (which is a major problem in Europe) which I absolutely abhor. As I've said, I dislike the idea of prostitution, but I think that if any steps are going to be taken to stamp out human traficking, prostitution needs to be legalised and regulated properly.

I wouldn't 'use' a prostitute, since I would kind of think of me as low as her, if I would do that, besides that there is quite a risk involved if you 'use' them.
Afaik, most prostitutes didn't become like that because they wanted to, but because desperation drove them (need for drugs) or they were 'sold' illegally to a brothel. I don't think that a big part of prostitutes thought about it as a fast way to get money.

Ok But how do you feel about say... a wealthy billionaire who's lonely and has a ceremony to go to and doesn't want to go by himself so he/she hires a woman/man to accompany him/her to whatever it is? Is that type of prostitution ok with you?

prostitution should be legal cuz then the goverments can control sexual diseases and people can satisfy some of their sexual desires when their lover are not willing to satisfy them.
In my head prostitutes are the same as adult porn stars ,I believe they should have the same rights
