Usually, you have to pledge to get initiated. Pledges are always secrets, so I don't know exactly what you have to get in one. Yeah from what I gather, a sorority's for girls only. It just basically seems like an easy "in" for people who don't seem to know how to make friends through their own merit.

And those earrings... can't believe they're sold out But yeah, when I saw them, my first thought was the same as... that guy on the first page with the Bleach sig. I think. If you get my drift.

Stuff like these 'sororities' exist in America...?

BTW, they're no cults, a cult is where you worship something or follow an ideology. Fraternities and sororities are examples of societies.

Whenever there's a film about cults, it's always something dark and horror-erful.

A cult is a religion with less members (no I'm not trying to be funny, that's what it is).
