Miracles and the sort.
Have you ever encountered a miracle?
Angels, demons, revelations, real magic, real psychic phenomenon?
I got a whole bunch.
Story number 1: Like two years ago or so I was watch my cousins in the back yard and there was this lake and about 9 feet before the ground inclines the father you went the more it came to a 90 degree angle. So one of my cousins decides he wants to go for a swim( he’s like 3) so we look up and hes about 2 feet from the lake. I haul asz to catch him and like in inch from the edge of the water some old guy catches him mid-air he gives um to me and im all shook up checkin him to see if hes all rite, I look up to say thank you and the guy is gone. I look around there are no trees or building he could have gone behind in fact its flat ground for about 200 yards, and when I tried to remember his face I couldn’t. it was weird. My opinion…it was an angel.
Story number 2:
Part 1: I’m psychic…all this month some seriously coincidental things have been happening to me, I was looking on the internet at some cars cause I hated mine and I come across the 07 nissan altima and im all wow that’s nice I like it…3 hours later my dad and uncle come home with that car! (see coolest things you own thread)
Part2: I brought my camera with me for no reason last Tuesday, and I decide to visit my uncles shop for no reason also. 5 min later some one from the local news paper comes in to get photos to advertise the shop…and he forgot his camera!
Part3: Im in my dads shop (car audio boutique) and im looking at some of the wheels he has on for display and I look at one set and I tell my self those wheels wont look good on my car, and I think again those would only look good on the new 2007 chrystler 300c limited edition with two tone body art. I swear to god not even 5 seconds later the EXACT car come into the lot and the guy comes out to buy those rims!
Its been happening all month it kind of creepy.

I have this memory where I'm flying, but it happened when I was like 4 years old, so I dunno if it was real or not

Wow. lol I don't know if I can believe in things like that, but I do believe sometimes a helping hand comes your way.
For example. I was 6-7 don't remember and my family and I had gone to Disney World and we were in the pool and my dad and mom weren't paying attention to me and then I jumped in the deep end. Obviously I was 6-7 so i couldn't swim. Point is I was drowning. I thought I was going to die, but then all of a sudden I reach my hand up in the air trying to grasp something like the ledge of the pool. I kept splashing and paddling with all my might and for the last time I raised my hand up and reached out for the layer. I missed, but I tried again and reached the ledge. What I didn't get was that I was pretty far away from the ledge and how did my little arms reach it. I felt like someone had helped me and pulled me to the ledge, but no one was there and no one noticed what was happening. It all happened so fast. Till this day I consider myself lucky.

I've never experienced miracles, and to be honest I find the entire concept of miracles to be pure superstitious nonsense.
As I see it the reason why people believe in miracles is a mix of the human wish to ascribe a higher reason for random stuff that happens, and poor knowledge of statistics and probability.

You guys ought to read the book Innumeracy by John Allen Paulos.
In it, he explains that all these "supernatural" coincidences aren't really all that rare. (among other things).
In fact, fully 3% of every thought or dream you have will "come true" in a sense.
I'm not discounting your stories, but just saying that perhaps you should take these accounts with a grain of salt.
