I was under the impression that it was the other way around.

simple answer will be no one wants to hear asad and horrific crime
i just hope the 5 suspects get life sentences ,they did the unforgivable in my opinion
the funny thing is that this type of behavior is okay if the suspects were soldiers and the victims some poor civilains (during war)

The old "switch the races" question MUST be applied here. If 5 whites kidnapped, tortured, sexually mutilated and murdered two black people it would be all we would hear for months. There would be marches, protests, government inquiries, commissions set up to study the "white-on-black" violence epidemic. Paula Zahn would embark on a 50 part series on white racist murders. Sharpton, Jackson and all the local black community roosters would scramble for camera time.
Since it was black on white violence...well...thats just commonplace. Nothing unusual there.

Incidentally two of the suspects were previously convicted....this is going to go back to repeat offenders.

It is sad that this recieved such little attention. This is 10x worse than the Peterson case.

But to get raped and dismembered, the families of the 2 families must be really sad.
