Whoah it is actually real how weird:
(It explains why it didn't get much media coverage)
I don't understand what would motivate such actions though. I mean I can understand one sick bastard doing all those horrible things, but 5? I mean it was done almost like a incredibly sick crime of passion, but none of the article mentions their relation. Usually even having terrible crime records as best as them doesn't make you do such an even more horrific crime.
Wow. That's fucking terrible.
Leaving aside the race comments though, I find it hard to see how the trial of these guys will be anything other than a formality. It's not due until next year. By that time, everyone will probably know about this case, and the info definitely doesn't leave much room for "well maybe they didn't do it". I can't imagine any jury even being willing to entertain the possibility of a Not Guilty verdict.
Also, isn't that a woman at the end of those photos? Is it just me, or does anyone else find women who are involved in perpetrating prolonged rape ordeals even more reprehensible?
To carjack a couple and then brutally torture an kill them like that...those 5 were worse than a pack of animals.
If they had simply stolen the couples money and car and then left the scene, that would have been typical of a carjacking. But the way this played out, it was like the carjacking was secondary to their real goal...an opportunity for torture, rape, an murder.
