All subjects avereged out not including math id say inbetween above average and average adding math to that is a totaly diffrent story.

I'd say average since I'm good at some subjects but bad at others.

The question needs to be clarified, is this academic smarts, street smarts or just good ole fashioned common sense?

In terms of common sense, I would like to consider myself average (I don't like blowing my own horn), but if average is the general public, that would make me look pretty fucking dumb, so I'll say somewhere inbetween above average and genius.

In terms of academic smarts, I suck at the humanities subjects but I considermyself pretty good in science, so I'll say average (but like Ish, it depends on the subject).

Depends. Maximum absorbency even.

Computers, math & physics were my strong suites in high school, followed by the other sciences (biology & chemistry). I was ok in social sciences but I barely scraped the passing grades in my language classes. Thank god for spell check + various grammar books, as well as brainy language class cousins.

In college (and my one year of univercity) it was the same thing.

I still can't write worth sh't on my own. Even this small post on a message board I went through with a comb. I have a very hard time remembering dates, times and places, as well as names. Formulas & things I can actively manipulate & modify can stay fresh for a long time.

But yeah, I guess I'm only human. Good in some stuff, horrible in other. Average everywhere else.

Those free IQ tests all seem to point out in the 140 range, but I find they are basically logic puzzles + math, which I do quite often, so it's point moot IMO. Put anyone in their favored environment and they will do better then someone who isn't comfortable, even if they are both equals.

Lets do it like this then. Scale the below smarts on a scale from 1(tard)to100(genius).

Book wise. 85 ex.school,computers, etc etc
Street wise. 90 ex.do you know when your getting scamed, lied to, basicly the ability to live in these so called modern times.
Common Sense Wise. 70 ex.do you look both ways when crossing the street.

total= 245/300 81% above average

I'm pretty average. There's just so many smart people out there! I have never taken a ttraditional IQ test though. Also, there's a bunch of different kinds of intelligence but I'm assuming we are talking about Logical-mathematical inteeligence.

An IQ score of 130 is considered gifted btw.

my personal impression with these (i'm speaking of the ones you can take for free, but have to pay for further information and diagnosis) is that they make it easy so that people get a high score, and thus are happy enough to pay for the diagnosis, especially since they know their diagnosis will be full of praise as they supposedly got a super score !
