I'm fairly sure there is no annoying and rape kanji like that. I looked it up in the kanji dictionary out of curiosity and it didn't exist.
Kanji for urusai which is annoying is 煩い。でも、漢字はとてもつまらないと思います。
Japanese is fun... if you are a giant masochist and love being tortured by a cruel and unruly language. (Quite like English, so thank goodness for learning that first)

No idea about the Chinese reading.
(EDIT: Just looked into it - the Japanese reading of the rape meaning of that kanji is the "kan" part of "goukan". Still don't know what the Chinese word for it is though...)
And 98's isn't real at all. Damn.
Yeah, kanji is hard as fuck, but you come across some real cool things
The chinese symbol of woman in cantonese is pronounced 'luy'
Mandarin is sort of 'nu'. Low pitch to high. If you get what I mean.

I gotta ask for the sake of my sanity, and yours, and yours, and *points towards the screen* yours: My brother and I aren't the only one's that saw that as "Woman... Noisy... RAPE HER," right?
(My apologies to all those who don't enjoy a situational joke in the expense of women everywhere.)
Also not forgetting AK's.
