srry if this sounds stupid but i have to know(since im new to mangas) do u have to read from right to left? these are japanese mangas afterall so i have to know. P.S.in my counteri we read from left to right(like most of u:p).Plus i mean the bubbels not reading the text backwords, im not that stupid...dang got a little carried away
You don't have to. Things just get really confusing if you don't.
In everyone of Viz's books (in the recent years), they toss in a little guide for new readers.

Read the panel over on the right hand side, that covers the basics. Follow the numbers to get a basic idea of a standard manga page, in traditional Japanese format. Not all pages are exactly like that, but it's a pretty good and short summery. The ones in the actual books are a bit longer in explaining, though.
