    Sorry for the misunderstanding earlier, but the gym had one some time ago, it broke because I suspect someone tried running and kicking it. A bit of a run to give yourself momentum makes a big difference. If you still have one of those machines in your gym don't stand statically and punch it but try to bend slightly to transfer force from your back to your arm or take a few steps to gain some momentum, you'll see a huge difference.

    (PS: Where I live there aren't any arcades, used to be a small one long ago but it didn't have any of those physical gimmicky games, just some MAMEs)

    If Sand-man had intended to use "you're" and attempted to spell it out but ended up with "your" instead, then that's a spelling error.
    If he doesn't realize the distincting between "you're" and "your", then that's grammer.

    Anyway, I was once jumped by 3 Denish huskarl and a southern America hick. Luckily I was a 7th degree black belt in Karate, so I slice them all with a bastard sword hidden underneath my belt.
