Photos Of Naturally Tanned Skin Impossible To Find?
Well here goes the hope that this fits within the guidelines of the Chit Chat section.
Anyway. For the past month or so, I've been searching for images of people who fit in between those odd lines that are neither Caucasian, Sub-Saharan African, or Various East-Asian skin tones.
After searching Wikipedia, Google, and even various image boards, there doesn't seem to be many people, outside of the rare movie scenes, that have a skin tone that gives a South American, Islander, or even Indonesian look. It would seem that the average person, despite having an affinity for tanning, doesn't really glorify anything beyond a golden tent to all non-African skin tones.
This topic has two purposes: 1) What do you believe is the reason it's so hard to find people who don't come off as "White," "Asian," or "Black" when you remove their labels and surroundings; and 2) Does anyone have any various images, or even galleries, to prove me wrong?

Look for pics of 'races' that are muts/conglomerates.
I'm obviously white, but you couldn't possibly place what specific race I came from.
... Unless your cajun/creole, but then you don't count anyways.

Umm... Eva Longoria has pretty natural tan skin. I got a friend from Florida who says theres a lot of girls with that kinda look. I think their a kinda mix between Islander and white, or Spanish and something. I think I know what your talking about.

You're looking for generic humans, in other words? I think the closest you'll find are probably some of the Mediterranean non-blacks.
Uryuu freaky, pale and geeky,
how do your powers grow?
"With gloves and scars and silver stars
and swords that I shoot from a bow,
yes, swords that I shoot from a bow."

Well it's more along the lines of successfully finding them on image searches.
It's for reference to be honest; character design and such. That, and my two topic points.

My friend got a tan during spring break. She looks so damn sexy.

I have a friend who lives neaer London who has naturally dark skin, some might say he even looks a little Arabian, but the fact is he is white.
My dad also tans really easily, we were on holiday in Sharm el Sheik and people actually though he was a local, the reallity is the farthest his blood goes is Germany (his grandfather).
Sorry, no pictures.

Good point to add. It really doesn't matter what region your from, you can look very different by sheer coincidence sometimes.
-
Well how did you search for it?
what methods? what keywords? just curious.

"Mexico" "Mexican" "Mestizo" "Tan" "Tanned" "Tanned Skin" "Tan Skin" "Deep tan" "sunbathing" "Chad" (bleach) "Races" "dark skinned" "Darker skin" "latino" and many, many other various, more specific, things.
The best I can usually find are basically National Geographic types.
EDIT: A good portion of my time was spent looking for "facial differences," "Racial Differences," and "Mongoloid, Caucasoid, Negroid."
