Yeah, it's the tigra skin.
I noticed that it now has the old vbulletin smileys, after that hard drive was replaced.

^ I used to use tigra all the time until a couple weeks back, now the contrast is almost blinding...
Smilies are the same for me no matter what the skin is though.
