Imagine that there's this giant epidemic and the cure to save you is veryyyyyyyy rare, and you were lucky enough to get only one. You must take the full potion/cure or else there will be no effect. You cannot duplicate this potion. Who'd you give it to?

The Ishman would take it himself.

Then becoming similar to the dude from "I am Legend", he'd go and secure more antiviral medication for those who he thinks would help him out most in the long run.

After getting everything running from the general collapse of civilization such an epidemic would have, he'd move into space and setup an Empire.

lol I'd probably try to give it to the youngest person I knew who I thought might have a chance of surviving. to date I'm happy with my life ^_^
