Even when a pandemic strikes humanity, there would still be survivors. So the "everyone but you is left alive" argument is bullshit.

And I really, really, REALLY love silence. My family is noisy as hell.

So, I would take it myself, I feel no "must have" attachment to my kin.

*pats* don't worry, that happens to a lot of us....

mothers get the vote because you need more women and because fathers are seen as stronger and more able to survive... OR I could go into the psychology of the nurturing mother.. there's that one theory that ll boys fall in love with their mothers and thus fear castration from their fathers... o.o maybe that's why? most people posting are guys?

Sigmund Freud correct? I think he was the one who came up with the term oedipus complex. That men marry women who remind them of their mothers because they secretly want to marry their mothers.

Freud is a quack. Like Dr. Phil.While the oedipus complex does exist, not every guy who care about his mom, wants to bone her. Ugh.
