CVs

For offical reasons, I have to submit a CV for work experience even though I have a place at the Hospital. I was wondering if anyone here has a CV template, since all the ones on the internet are need money to be paid, and I also don't know what to write

Tax Number (etc)

References

Yeah, no, I don't care why you need the CV - I just mean, why do you need an official template? Just write one up yourself.

But good luck with the whole medicine thing!
