Oh you bet we do. The only diference over here, is that people are more likely to make stupid accident claims than sue people.
I've never understood that really, people claim thousands of pounds of the council or their employers because they fell over or walked into a lamp post or something stupid like that. Its not the council's fault, its their fault for being an idiot and not looking where they are going.

lol, this reminds me of the lady who sued McDonalds and won because she burned her hand spilling her hot coffee, she said they needed a label saying that its hot coffee on the cup.

I guess you haven't heard of the guy who but his RV on cruise control so he could make a pot of coffee.

A new RV and several additions to the manual later we Americans are still none the wiser. Things like these make me reconcider trying to become a lawyer;I mean you get paid to argue, and helping people is an upside too.

lol, ive heard a few variations of the cruise control thing, never an RV though.

and unless you're willing to put in those 8+ years of school, and more than likely have to handle stupid and retarded cases than good ones, id say go ahead and become a lawyer.

Oh yeah we have those (although its rare to see ones like that) we call them "camper vans" though.

This is typically what they look like.

Ours can turn corners and go backwards though. lol
