Burgers.
I just burnt my finger whilst cooking a beef burger, it stings like a bitch and is probably gonna blister. Anyway, I was just thinking about the burger I just cooked and ate, it was OK, a bit basic but OK, and I was wondering if anyone had any recipies?
Beef burger, ham burger, whatever, post your burger recipies.
The one I just ate:
Some mince, some garlic, a bit of onion, and I forgot to put in the mixed herbs. Actually it was the first burger I've ever made, and I'm quite pleased with the results, but it could have been better.
Sorry about the crap title (my creativity has left me), I also think I've said burger enough times for one post :P.

Mmm I throw mustard in my burger and one of those industrial packed cheese slices and make a cheeseburger sorta. :P

Whenever I cook any sort of meat directly with fire I like to add cumin, actually I like to add cumin to everything...that and curry...

I like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

Hum... 1/3lb patty, throw it on the grill, cook till it stops bleeding, slap it on a bun, and add whatever you like.
I'm one of the few people that just likes the taste of the type of meat that I'm cooking. I RARELY add something to it, unless it's at risk of being dried out (like chicken).
Vol~

thanks to Silverwmoon!
