    Err... I'm not talking about how you put the burger together, I'm talking about how you actually make the patty itself.
    Mine was chopped onion and garlic mixed in with the mince.

    try this "Inside-Out Cheeseburger" recipe. i tried it a few weeks ago and it was really good. i suggest adding more pepper to give the burger more kick as well as some bacon and mushrooms for extra toppings. XD

    Hmmm, I get the 85% lean meat patties(supposedly, they cook down better than 90%+), add some Worchestshire sauce, some lemon pepper(pepper and lemon zest), a bit of salt, a pinch of red wine vinegar, and a tiny bit of ground parsely.
    Makes for a good, slightly tangy burger. Serve with sharp cheese to go with the tangyness of the burger, add some onions, catsup, and optional lettuce or mustard.

    My dad makes a mean worchestshire chicken on the grill. That sauce pwns. Sooooo good.
