Well, it was a certain number of posts... 500 or something then, wasn't it? At least, that's what I remember. It's kind of vague, since I was new then, but...
Besides, a lot of us who have over 1000 posts DO remember, and the ones who don't aren't usually active in Chat. Even some of the ones who don't remember are still fairly old members in comparison to the majority of posters nowadays (Mojo, Sperm, Jakko, flash...).
Oh hell, just let any old member in here. "If you remember the complete bar, you can post."
...you know, I don't think I ever reached complete, ne?
