I remember when one kid came with a gameboy, with this big, white thing which had black-and-white screen and was making some strange noises - we refused to talk to him since no one else had such luxury object.
And I remember how my friend boasted when he said he had a new "Hercules" sound card for his PC - but I prevailed after buying "Windows 3.11"

Windows 3.11. don't know much about it. I grew up from MS-DOS then a sudden jump to 95 ^^

man, i remember all those disney shows too, like darkwing duckk, goofy, and other random stuff like gargoyles, digimon, double dragon, tom and jerry...those were the days.

I don't know what kind of Windows I had - I remember playing TMNT colouring games on a computer before Windows EXISTED though. =P No OS for me! Oddly enough, I still have that computer, and it works. XD

Oh, and playing the SNES... I know, it was newer... but there were these Mickey Mouse games, like jumping on ladybugs, and this other one about a fairy tale and NO ONE could ever beat the clock-building that was the final level!

Digimon is STILL good. =P

I remember basically all of that...good times.

my first console is the famicom. I remember getting the Super Mario Bros 3. me and all my friends couldn't finish it. rather than trying to finish it (flute warp stage) we ended up trying to play the game from the start to finish. >_<

"are you afraid of the dark" was scary(read : i am wussy scary pants). to this day I love that theme song. I didn't get pogs, to be honest. They were fun to play but mine always managed to fall down a drain in the street.

I remember Mighty Max, the cartoon sucked, but the toys were awesome.
