How much do mangaka's make?
Does anyone know how much a mangaka usually makes? Say, if someone like Kishimoto or Oda were to submit one chapter of their manga, how much would it cost? Just curious because I never really heard of a very wealthy mangaka, even if their manga's are read and known worldwide.
Umm I would think they would make a lot but I think there are like maybe 10-20 people working to produce the manga so the salary would split equally with the artist getting a bit more. Well thats what i think,i've no idea though.
LOL was there any point of u answering since u did'nt even answer luqman_5290 question

from animesuki forums:
seriously, all you need to do is a bit of googling, instead of making a thread here. 3000 yen is equal to around ~$26 american, ~$30 canadian

It probably takes a lot longer than an hour, plus they have to pay their assistants.
