I've had 2 mp3 players.
The first was a really cheap $20 mp3 cause I had two $50 rebates. That thing is sooooooooo old and I can never use it again cause I lost the software/cables for it.
And now I got the big ass iPod. I should probably replace it with a better version, but frankly I'm too lazy. I go through random phases and right now I'm in the "could care less about music" phase.
Like most people here, I have loadsssssssss of .mp3 songs--so many I lost track.

I have only one MP3. buy it from my friend's. and then at the first day, it broked T_T. only one speaker could works. But i still enjoyed it until now plus the batteries lasted for 5-6 hours..... one sidedown is it has only 256 MB...

I can't even play my mp3s at the moment... I have to find gnome compatible codecs first... I might do that now
p.s. If i had money, I would probably buy an mp3 player ^_^

yeah, i got teh ipod. 30 gigs version. Though i need MORE music...i really do. Also need to convert more videos to put on it too! =D

u have 30 gigs, and u still need more music ? Seriously with an avg of mp3 size with 128 Kbps of 4-5 MB/file. that's awfully lot.
