    I didn't say that it was right, but there's nothing you can do about it in practice and even if there was, I doubt that you want that snake alive more than that guy's family wants his body (which is all that matters in the end since whoever invests the most time and energy in this matter will be the one deciding what happens).

    I think for the sake of other humans, the live of the snake is properly forfeited. It can attack other people in the future IMO. So cut the danger now .

    snakes of that size can easily snaps bones of humans. It's pretty safe to assume that the snake killed him.

    Seen it already. Think this was on National Geographic, they did an autopsy on him. Every bone in his body was broken/crushed.
    so yeah, thats scary to wake up to, you'd probably wake up when it's wrapping itself around you. And by then it's too late.
