    Default messenger + charity?

i have found that window live messenger offer a function of support the charity. "Every time you start a conversation using i’m function, Microsoft shares a portion of the program's advertising revenue with some of the world's most effective organizations dedicated to social causes. We've set no cap on the amount we'll donate to each organization." from i’m website.

    address : http://im.live.com

    code:
    *red+u American Red Cross
*bgca Boys & Girls Clubs of America
    *naf National AIDS Fund
    *mssoc National Multiple Sclerosis Society
    *9mil ninemillion.org
    *sierra Sierra Club
    *help StopGlobalWarming.org
*komen Susan G. Komen for the Cure
*unicef The US fund for UNICEF
*wwf World Wildlife Fund for Nature
*oxfam The Oxford Committee for Famine Relief
*hsus The Humane Society of the United States
    *acs American Cancer Society
    *one ONE Campaign(GCAP)

how to support: just add the above code to ur messenger display name fields.

i have put the *oxfam in my messenger, but will it really can help?

EDIT: oh one more thing, seems must use the Window live messenger 8.1 otherwise no i’m pic will appear in the name field.

Donating while chating...I think it's some kind of trojan give-and-take...

I have no use of MS since most of my friends doesn't have it - I will stick to my polish "Gadu Gadu"

If you select country as "U.S.", you can still use it. They can't really check, I don't think.
