A woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to swinging her 4-week-old son like a bat to hit her boyfriend during a fight, fracturing the infant's skull in the process.

Do you believe that a minimum of 5 years for this is to low? I don't see how you could use your child as a weapon, I mean even if it is to defend yourself can't you at least find something else to use.

She could at least have put a helmet on the child, thus making it more potent as a weapon.
