I dont know if you noticed but its a sketch of Comedy Central Germany...
Besides if someone gets stopped by the police like this here in Germany, these officers would definialy lose their jobs.
Its not like in the US where police officers kill black teenager on the streets with 50 eye-witness and nothing happens.
