Republicans and Democrats in Ohio are uniting to force convicted sex offenders to use a "fluorescent-green license plate on their cars" so that people will easily be able to identify them. A few states are reported to have them already for drunken drivers.

The plates will make it easier for police to track them. Some are concerned that the law would "stigmatize" those who were in the car with them such as their spouse and children. Here is the link.

Should convicted sex offenders be required to have special license plates to make it easy to identify them?

This is a tricky line. My first inclination is to say that they should not be forced to use these plates... I think I'm going to stick with that. I think the stigma attached to those plates would drive them further into madness and seclusion.

I guess its since they cant post religious threads any more, they have moved on to the next best thing, paedophiles.
