Hey, I'm not saying I do not believe it was a random act of violence. From what I read, that's the impression I got too.

But, that's just an opinion. And, I don't think I'd have enough to prove that in a court of law. It would be one of those "his words" vs "her words" kind of ordeals.

And cause I can't prove it, I wouldn't be able to convict him of the death penalty. Unfortunately, the only way the jury would probably be convinced is if he actually murdered more random people.

    Yea.... the system is screwy.

I read all the available articles and linked them to my dad cuz I thought they were interesting.
What he said was: "as [your grandfather] used to say: people are no damn good"

    sad, but true.

wow, thats one hell of a kid. If the parents were already being thought to have been abusing the kid, I wonder why the kid wasn't taken away from them...

Put a bullet in his head.

That's the clear solution. He's a threat to society, he's completely worthless on every level, and he's a murderer.

He doesn't need to be alive any longer.

Bastard. This is why I support and continue to support the death penalty. He's beyond any help anybody anywhere can give him and keeping him in a cell would just be a waste of money. Prison isn't going to change him; he's not one of those soft kids just kill him who knows how many more lives it would save.

    wow...good article Vol.

that kid tho...man...seriously. I feel bad for the step-mother though. From reading what she wrote (which is legit imo)...they went through so much cuz of a dumb ass kid, but i guess the other part of the thread is that's its true. The media won't ever say the other part of the story. I can't stand how they want attention SOOOO bad that the are willing to change the real information just to change the thoughts of people. Well, i take part of that back at the same time. Why are so many people so naive and stupid? If they took half a second to look more into it, or even just think about it they would realize that there's more to it or that what is said a lot in media is wrong. =\ dont feel like ranting anymore...=\ bleh...just ruined my mood.

Well if hes in jail he can enjoy the love of a large cellmate whom he shall hopefully be calling "Mommy" for the remainder of his toothless and permanent-ease-of-defecation status as a "living" person.

I'd like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends
