This surely is a handicap now in highschool, isn't it? Perhaps Yoh Komiyama would be willing to give her some tips, but will he? He swore that he hates girls, especially because....
I'm not big on shojo, but I really enjoy this series.

Mangaka: Buronson(Story) and Ikegami Ryoichi(Art)
Genre: Action, Mystery
Summary: Strain is the story of Mayo, an hitman who lives in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia. His rep is that he will kill anyone for five dollars, but when he's hired to kill the mother of a teenage hooker by the name of Shion, he has a change of heart. Because of this uncharacteristic change of heart, he's marked for death. And, rather than killing the girl, he takes her under his watch.
Instant classic for me. Some people might be thrown off by the style(its oldskool), but for those who stay the story and action will keep you hooked till the very end.

As the mass suicides end, it is apparent that things are not back to as they were, others had also survived the mysterious desire to die, and in the process the have been reforged into beings with supernatural powers that can hide effortlessly among ordinary humans. Mangaka: Mitsuru Adachi
Genre: shonen, sports
Summary: Touch is a shounen story about two twin brothers, a pretty girl next door, and that good old pastime of baseball. The manga was written by one of the most well known manga-ka out there, Adachi Mitsuru in the early 80's (1981-1986). He's a wonderful writer who tends to write stories that are related to baseball and Koshien, the stadium where the All High School Baseball Tournament is held.
I am allowing people to do summaries of mangas not hosted on this website.

Name: The Hating Girl
Mangaka: Rokunishi Koji
Summary: Its about a girl with an arrow through her head and a guy who becomes curious about it. It turns out that she really is just a normal girl... except with the arrow part so her personality is really withdrawn, the manga covers the comedy and travails of their friendship.
