Thread: Jobs : Best and Worst

What is the worst and best job you have ever done? what would you like doing again and what wouldnt you? Is there any particular job youd enver do or a job you seriously wish to do?

The worst job i had was a lab assistant in an all girls school. it was by far the worst job ever. SOOO boring. i was a kitchen cleaner and it was quite nice. barman was also a nice experience. i spent 6years working as a barman and i still do some barman jobs whenever i find a chance to help out in a place. I wish i could work on an oil rig. i imagine the experience would be quite awesom... maybe in the north of holland. A job i would never do... well besides a lab assistant in a school... i doubt theres anything i wouldnt do.... probably a surgeon though. i would never be able to do that.

Best: Working at a cooking supplies store. Get lots of premium stuff(All-Clad, Shun, Henkel, etc) for a great discount, which is good, as I, and many family members, love to cook.

Worst: While working at the school for help with tuition, I had to work on the septic tanks. Very bad when they broke.

LOL i wouldnt mind working ons ceptic tanks, loo's and drainage system, toilets etc... the pay is quite high in malta. if your drainage is blocked you get paid like $90 for 30minute jobs

I got paid $6.25.

Worst: Paperboy that job was horrible, but I was only doing it for a little bit of extra spending cash.

Best: I don't know if i would say that working with invisible fences or a Credit Union is better. They both have there positives and negatives. Invisible Fencing is cool because your moving from place to place, but then you do get bitten by dogs all the time. Then at a Credit union you meet a lot of cool people. However there are also some not so cool, and you have to stay in the same place all day.

best:there is no such thing for me...they all suck ass.

worst:working in a grocery store(yes,im a poor bastard...)

whats so bad about working in a grocery store? you get to meet people and all. i think it would be quite a nice job.

oh wow, shitty job shitty pay hahaha

my worst paid job was going around delivering food to the stall in a local fair. lasted like 2 weeks. got paid like 3$ an hour but it was nice. id end up staying with a really nice group seeing the euro. that was in 2000 i think. a bad job is also during elections when you stay at the ballots. you do get paid 100$ in one day so its a good short commitment job but you end up spending something like 18hrs awake.
