I think it might depend on the settings you have.
Go to User CP, edit options, scroll down to miscellanious options.
In message editor interface chose enchanced interface.

That's what it is all right. I just use the basic one, but there are two others.

I forget which is the default. :/

Firefox 2.0 is beautiful. I've been using it since beta. So fast and pretty.

Do they make any instant messaging clients with built in spell checking?
