....anyways. Kind of on the topic of love, but a few months ago i went to go watch the movie, "Pursuit of Happyness." It was an inspiring movie, (i highly recommend it), but at the same time it made me kind of sad. The reason was becuz in the movie, Will Smith was striving and working hard for the one he loved, his son. His kid was his motivation to work hard and prosper to secure his kid's future. How it made me sad was i felt that i had no motivation, unlike the movie. So what i'm trying to say is, what motivates you?

hmr... cor-ey would be good at explaining what love is....
I'm sure you've heard of these words before, but it seriously is the best description of "love" in my opinion.
You'll know when you're in love when you can stare at a person and think "My greatest precious thing that is mine is my life, and I give it all to you. You are more important than me."Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
That's what your friend means by "self-sacrificing."
"When you fall in love, it is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake, and then it subsides. And when it subsides, you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots are become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the desire to mate every second of the day. It is not lying awake at night imagining that he is kissing every part of your body. No... don't blush. I am telling you some truths. For that is just being in love; which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over, when being in love has burned away. Doesn't sound very exciting, does it? But it is!"
This was just something I saw in a movie a while ago... It's a good monologue.
Usually someone insulting me motivates me to correct my problem.
Or to punch them in the face.
And- seeing someone who can do something I like, better than me, also motivates me.
Like badminton, drawing, music etc.
Watching a good film, or reading a book that hints something deep is a good motivator.
Hmm- can't think of any more right now...
I just saw Brokeback Mountain... my mind is now officially raped and hospitalized
I like to die with the songs I love stuck in my head. I hope to make the most of these hollow bones we become.
I raise a toast to the the souls that sang all along. I've been gathering friends to just to make some sounds,
before the ship goes down, I've been making amends by making the rounds before the whole world ends

hey guys, stay a bit on topic, please. =P
another question (or, it's more an opinion):
someone once told me this,
"when you love someone, you can never stop loving them," even if things happen, and somethings come between two people.
What do you think?
