Thread: Annoyed at Work, what should i do?

Im annoyed at work and although ive been reading through most of the forums over the past months and ive read most of the manga on this site and like 4other sites its getting kind of bit boring ( try doing it for at least 8hrs a day). i can't use u-tube and all. anyone has an idea what could stimulate my brain? any course of action would be greatly appreciated.

i want to know everything about it, and if your boss is looking for other people to do nothing ?

im an assistant with the swedish/maltese unit working for the court of auditors of the european union situated in luxembourg. i rpetty much take the documents ditribute them to the translator which i deem more suitable, format everything then resend back to the appropriate people. Deal with problems etc... i file everything sort everything out. tend to solve pc problems.. etc.. Im what you could basically call a segretary.. unfortunately men are discriminated and dont have a word for it. therefore i use assistant. well thats what i do but at the moment i have nothing to do. and its getting boring.

P.S If youre european you might have a chance to get in :P

Nice job - what about on-line games like Chess, hearts, poker or such - which doesn't involve great requirements and (at least chess) expands your ability to logical thinking ?
Or you might as well try play with computer graphic with photoshop and such...

i cant exactly install anything so photoshop and stuff are out of the question as regards on-line gaming i was thinking about that. so if you have any good site itd be cool.. just not some crappy site like the famous ones cause ive already finished them. something like the old hotmail on-line gaming would hbe cool

So you don't have admins power over computer...well, seems pretty sensible Have you read comics on-line ? Like http://www.megatokyo.com/, http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/ and other ? It's some time consuming too...

Hmm.. theres www.gamescene.com, if you scroll down to the bottom left, you see a little icon for 'gamespark' that looks like two people sitting around a table, click on that.. I play reversi there quite often. Its free, and you dont have to make an account. But you have to be careful because there are quite a few.. uhh.. 'odd' people that hang around there.. but hey, its free, and its account-less. o.O ^.^;; Oh yea, and you also need Shockwave, but thats easy to aquire, so yea..
