My doc says im the only patient he has whos not obese and in relatively great health, unfortunately I don't think im physically strong enough for my size so ive taken to random exercising whenever possible...

and yes, i'm working out...i run about 2 miles everyday excluding friday - sunday.
Friday i run like 3.5+ miles. Sat-Sun is my days off. Besides that, after i run mon-friday i weight lift. =D
so hopefully i'm healthy.

And I have an unnaturally large heart (which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the cause), for me though I'm pretty sure it's a bad thing.
Only part of my body that's relatively strong is my legs, I ride my bicycle more than an hour a day on average, about half of that up hill.

my BMI is currently 20.6 .... it was as low as 19.7 recently... but that wasn't for healthy reasons =/
