Hanul - no, we're worth about 85c of your dollar. We don't have snow days, but we have wet days... but then again, we don't get our schools closed for heat waves, so maybe not~ No ice, though.

How long is the Candian school year? I've been hearing these weird stories how they end somewhere around April and start around September-October.
Heat waves in Houston are just shrugged off, they freeze us in the spring and fall with the ac and bake us in the winter with the heater.

And yeah, if US dollars are worth more hen Candian dollars, why not just live and work in the US to earn just a few more dollars? Plus I have no idea about taxes in Canada and energy prices. Like the tax percentage and how much gasoline costs (around 2-3 dollars per gallon here in Houston)

It's god. After all, we are basically his little toys, what better way to have fun with his little toys then to throw nature at them?

Yea, I was wearing shorts yesterday, today, I felt like my bollocks would get frostbite.

Maybe we should have listened to Al Gore, but he believes in ManBearPig also so...
"I once saw a man hanging from a cliff. The brink was crumbling beneath his fingers, and the only thing near enough to grasp was a tuft of grass, a few long blades with roots barely clinging to the rock. The only chance he had of climbing back up on the cliff. So he grabbed it. He had to know it would pull free."

Not bad here in Southern California.

Went to school in shorts didn't have any problems it was around 50 to 60 farenheit and it rained for a little at like 9:30. Then after school when I was walking home it started raining for real... and my vest didn't have a hood -_-
