On the school computers in my school the internet server always goes down >_< then they normally block every site that has been used that day, I think they once blocked google and their was an uproar

They blocked google's and Yahoo's image search. Xanga and Myspace.
Also hitforums. Next thing I know, they'll block the whole internet T^T

Ha, my old school bocked google image search, some of the younger students were using it to find porn. But then one of my teachers showed us how we could circumvent the block, by using a localised version of google such as www.google.co.nz, since my school had only blocked it on the .com and .co.uk domains.

I have a 24mbps down and 1,5 mbs upload connection

So normal speed is about 2300 - 2500 kb/s download speed in newsleecher
and about 150 - 180 kb/s upload ratio.

Edit - god damn you know what I hate ? I have to pay 39,95 euros for the connection from the povider , then 10 euros administrating costs and another 10 for the usage of the phone line.
So I pay 59,95 euros a month

you hate that? i have a 2mbps dsl connection costing me 42e a months then i pay 16e a month for the telephone line - no calls included so i pay 58e a months for a measly 2mbit connection ( at least i try to use it as much as possible and download between 200-400gig a month .... could technically do that with a 1mbit connection ( 300gig) but i prefer faster. )

if i lived 100km to the east i could get a 16mbit connection for even less then that i want to live in germany
