what if like, while you were still conscious, you started gripping really hard, then got some one else to cut off your hands? so that the muscles stayed stiff.

but then again, you'd need to cut them off really fast and simultaneously or otherwise the pain would stop you from gripping so hard.

but if you used guilotines then it would work just fine. except that it's kind of cheating...
