Thread: Regrets

What is the are the most regretable things you have ever done?

Funny horrible or otherwise.

I have two.

1) Getting kicked out of my house for two months as a result of getting kicked out of school my 11th year. Now i do online school and missing out of my senior year.

2) Ok so this was last year, their was this kid the biggest loser ever I mean this is one of those kids that walks up to you and say"yo wat up homie g just got dun smokin a dubie at ma dogs crib he just got outta the slamer"...so me and my friends hated him. But day after day he would come again and again and one day I told him to get the heck out of here we dont like you da da da this was a 10 minute speech on how much we did not like him.

So now we have this kid who hates us...would tell on us every time we did somthing, would go to the office and say we beat hi up or stole money from him and it was mainly directed at me. So about Febuary we called him up my friend was having this huge party and we told we dont like how ur getting us in trouble so we would rather be friends. We got him so drunk he passed out, drove him to the ever glades gave him a backpack with 5 water bottles a map n compass a knife a flashliight and a weeks worth of jerky we expected him out in four days...two weeks later he is still missing the idiot went the wrong way.

So they found him by helicoptor we all had to pay a 600$ dollar fine each and 100hours community service. I felt pretty bad. It wasent my idea though i only provided the transportation and the stuff we gave him. I wanted to punish him not kill him.

Did he die? You never mentioned if he died or not, and that is a pretty cool story.

I've fought quite alot in school too, and generally made an ass of myself. I do regret that, but thankfully I'm not all into fighting anymore, and sort of got a brain. I do regret some of those fights, but they were never anything big, and the people I fought with usually deserved it. I do howver regret being an arse to some people I know and saying some pretty rotten things to them. They always started it really, but I didn't have to say some of the things I did. This was years ago though, around when I was 13 (am 19 as of tomorrow actually).

Other than that, there isn't anything else I regret horribly. I homeschooled too btw...it kinda isolates you from other people (esp in my case, as I moved to another country), and it gets you to think if all the silly things you've done and how you need to change...well that's what it did for me.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and I used to kill ants and demolish ant hills for absolutely no reason when I was a kid. Dunno why I did that, it was so pointless and unnecessarily cruel. Yeah I regret that too, and kids can be so destructive for no reason sometimes.

Dude what sand_man did wasn't cool; it could easily have led (assuming it didn't) to that retards death. Far more suitable a thing would have been to lay nice long shit in both his shoes. As a side note do you reckong you could be traced if you sent a shit in the post to somebody?

As for regrets; I regret not possessing the foresight to have began furiously learning the guitar at the tender age of seven/eight, not having studied things that interested me over what I had the greatest apptitude for, and letting a manipulative whore fuck me over so well. Well thats what springs to mind anwyay.

1. i got arrested for shoplifting at a tower records; i had to pay thrice the amount of the item i stole as a fine, and i now have a criminal record in my home town, plus i'm banned from any tower records in my country.

2. i dropped out of college, and i don't know what the hell to do now...

in a genius state of mind i decided to pull the door open to the fire alarm at St. Johns Rec Center which set off the alarm (why the fuck does opening the DOOR to the alarm set it off should PULLING the alarm set it off?!?!) and aconsequently led to the evacuation of the entire building and my immediate ... termination ... as a camp counselor. then i lost my position with the company that hired me for cursing out my employer when she said the reason i pulled the fire alarm is because my astrological sign is Taurus... what fucking logic the dumb bitch.

in a spat of rage i acted as cashier while buying something from Target leading to my ... termination. >________________< theres some serious irony to that story but i wont mention it because it enforces stereotypes and i have bad enough karma from the events leading to it

HS prom kinda ignored my date danced with everyone else and ignored the two girls i wanted to dance with only to come up and find out even though both of them rejected me (because they were going with each other O.o) that the whole reason they went together was to share me and they were pissed i left them alone...

...dancing with my assistant pricipal at my JHS prom. (she looked good dont judge me. >_>)

I can't really remember many events that I regret, but there are many.

One that I remember, happened when I was 6-8 years old. I had this little chicken. He was nice, followed me everywhere. One day I had to do some things, but I couldn't leave him in the house, since there were chances for him to escape, or get harmed. So, being an ignorant kid, I came up with the genius idea of keeping him in a drawer. When I came back, the chicken was dead, and I learned that creatures need oxygen to live. Despite the fact that i may sound funny, I feel bad about it, even now.

Another thing that I regret is my career. I'm studying Economics, while what I wanted to study was either computer engineering or graphical design. Most (if not all) of my family practically forced me into studying something related with business (because for them studying the ones I wanted to, would have led me nowhere), and I ended studying this thing that I don't like much. I'm on my 3 year in university, and I still dislike it.
