That doesn't sound good.
Wonder what it means though, one Y chromosome, multiple Y chromosomes, or chimerism?
Technically she/he only needs one Y chromosome to be considered not female right?

^ That was my point, a person doesn't have to be male or female, there are other classifications (biologically).
Having a Y chromosome(s) doesn't necessarily make you a man, it only precludes you from being a woman.

as for the ....thing. how many Ys do you need to be disqualified???

^ That's the part that wasn't really clear though, it could mean that she/he is a normal man (1 Y chromosome/somatic cell), or a man with genetic abnormalities (2 or more Y chromosomes/somatic cell), or it could mean that she/he is a chimera.

^ It must mean he had XXY or XXXY which allows to have a women-like phenotype but genetically he is still a man (for human having Y = being man).Such person must be disqualified because, even though she/he looks like female, his/her muscles are man's muscles => more powerful then woman's.
