I guess its a different case when the business in question is a retail store your talking about buying/selling/repairing guitars and other instruments right?

I was trying to put it into the business my family owns which is car audio/alarms/t.v.s and all the other stuff you can do to cars. It's been around for almost 17 years and people know it by name and 70 percent of our customers were referred by others and are recurring customers. So if we change are name its like starting over again.

that's what i meant. e.g. buying fender, starting a rumor about a name and management change, then actually doing the change; resulting in confusion, and much accepted publicity (any publicity if good publicity, good ones can lead to fame, and bad ones can spark curiosity). than again thanks for the idea. i could buy off a chain, change its name and produce a line of instruments under its name...

Hmmm I always wanted to be a scientist and make discoveries while locked up in a lab away from people somewhere (I was rather anti-social ). Sadly I've discovered I probably don't have the attention span to get a masters, let alone a PhD, there are too many things to do. Other than that I think I wanted to be a navigator.... still kinda think that would be cool acutally... hmmm. Also maybe a teacher.. which is probably what I'll be ^___^ none of them were more than just simple.. "that'd be cool" kind of things though. Still don't know what I want to be ^^

I wanted to become a animal-doctor(don't know the English word) and help pets, and stuff.. I still want to do that, and my grades are looking kinda good so maby i will

The word is Veterinarian or Vet.

I wanted to be a designer or a writer.Well I wanted to be many things and at some dreams I still haven't renouneced completly!Who knows,maybe some can come true!

I would pick as my Career would be Attorney/Lawyer or a Doctor
(But still trying to decide)

i want to be a dentist

Just asking a simple question becuase as children many of us belive that we can do anything. Be it an astronaut, an actor or even a pony. Then we grow up and realize the futility of becoming what we want to become becuase it involves hard work.

I wanted to be an author or a marine biologist when I was a kid. I could still become an author but I gave up on being a marine biologist a long time ago.
