    That means that... I dunno what that means for me. Seeing as I sleep for one hour on some days, then sleep most of the day the next, and so on.

    ill blame my lack of sleep for me gaining 5 pounds within the last 6 months

    and i wont blame my eating cake chocolate McD and pie on a nearly daily basis

    I just had ice cream too! Although it's only 8:30 PM. I had no idea lack of sleep makes you fat! I have about 5 hours of sleep and 11 hours of school and I still weigh 91 lbs though.

    i think the average teenager gets like half of the recommended hours of sleep daily. (4hrs).

    that's if we're lucky...
